Line Disconnectors - MB88
12 - 36kV / 400 - 1250 A
The contact system is based on years of experience from our production of disconnectors for voltages up to 550 kV. The current path is made of spring copper alloy with 1 mm silver inlay in the contact points The springiness of the current path ensures high contact pressure, self-cleaning contacts and low contact resistance. All parts are made from corrosion-resistant materials.
The line disconnector series MB88 is a further development of the proven LB/TB and MB series. The construction is based on extruded sea water-resistant aluminium. The modular phases makes the disconnector extremely flexible with regards to pole and phase distances. It can be adapted to all standardised cross arms for 11 to 36kV.
The disconnector is available both with ceramic, epoxy and composite insulators.
All types are delivered with lockable manual operating equipment made from galvanised steel.
